Requirements:

Education & Relevant Experience : 

The incumbent should carry significant depth and knowledge of Cyber Security which should have been gained by combination of related work and education including CS Graduate along with critical security certifications from CISSP, CISM, CEH and CCNA. 

Candidate must be well organized and should have demonstrated ability to communicate at various organizational levels in a clear concise manner.

This person must also be able to supervise and train staff and build and maintain relationships across technology, business and at senior leadership levels.

What You will Do

• Security Operation Development - 50% 

The incumbent will be responsible for the management and delivery of security operational projects within the areas of IAM, Cloud security, Network Security, Systems Security and related compliance to security frameworks such as ISO 27001 

Accountable for the development and execution of Security operation projects that result in increased efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. 

• Incident Management - 20 % 

Responsible for maintaining high level of readiness for incident response.

• People Management - 10% 

Responsible for interviewing candidates and hiring, training, overseeing, and evaluating security staff also serve as mentors in security employee development and assume responsibility for disciplinary actions. 

• Budgeting, Planning, Reporting - 20 % 

Manage IT Security budget for maximizing return on investment while partnering with finance and procurement.
